I have taken the time and effort to port one of those fabulous BoE scenarios that you've heard about, made by a respected community oldbie! I have even gone so far as to EXPAND and ENHANCE this scenario by taking advantage of some of the new features of the BoA engine, so that it is even BETTER THAN BEFORE!

this is really, boring. it should have enhanced graphics on sll levels (not just the last)

This isn't the best scenario. It's kind of boring. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the graphics because somehow my computer couldn't find them. Anyway, I'll assume they were pretty good, so that adds a point, and then I'll take pity on the designer and add another point, so that leaves me with 2.5.
